Jameson Irish Whiskey is produced in Midleton (Cork) and is made from pure water and a mixture of malted barley and unmalted. The selected barley is dried with hot air in closed furnaces. The smoke do not come into contact with the grain, which allows the natural taste of barley to be fully expressed. A development Jameson secret lies in its triple slow distillation in copper stills, called Pot Stills. This method gives it its remarkable softness and roundness on the palate. Golden yellow color, the nose is spicy and fruity (peach). The mouth in unison nose is relatively smooth. The final evolves with notes of grain and spices.
