Hiram Walker & Sons (Whiskey)
Product not available in United States
Canadian Club 1l is a whisky produced by Hiram Walker & Sons, a historic distillery founded in 1937, in the midst of the stormy years of Prohibition, and now acquired by Pernod Ricard.
From the original recipe, the Canadian Club retains the intense flavour of anise and barley sugar, the warm notes of freshly shaved grass, fennel, as well as, of course, an intense taste and spicy at the same time, the taste of malt and rye. On the palate, this whisky is extremely sweet and soft.
Its pale, amber-coloured appearance is reminiscent of the golden tufts of malt and rye, barley and corn. Aged in white American oak barrels for over 6 years, the Canadian Club 1l is a medium-high end product, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.
Characterized by an alcohol content of 40%, this whisky is strong and full-bodied and becomes a perfect accompaniment when you devote yourself to relaxation or evenings with friends. Shades of oak, vanilla and oak wood, make it a tasty product, capable of giving moments of authentic pleasure.
Ideal if served at 16-18°C and perfect in combination with chestnut honey, medium mature cheeses, Scottish smoked fish or chocolate.
