2018 Tombu (Prieto Picudo)
- View: Bright raspberry, violet tones.
- Nose: Intense aromas of red fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, floral and mineral aromas.
- Mouth: wide entrance, a well-balanced acidity, again, red fruit, round, edgeless, with body. Aftertaste elegant, lively and fresh.
APPELLATION: VT Castilla y León.VINEYARD: Vineyards located about 850 meters above sea level in an area of Castilian Mesta dry continental climate and clayey-calcareous soils covered with river pebbles. Strains have around 15 years.GRAPES: 100% Prieto weevil.
AGEING: 5 months aging on its lees without racking removed and two.PREPARATION: vintage hand-selecting the grapes one by one. Once collected clusters are quickly transported to the cellar in boxes of 15 kilos where grapes are selected for smooth stripping and pressing. fermented wine with its own yeast in large stainless steel tanks 10,000 liters after pressing. No maceration
