2016 Joseph Drouhin Cuvée Arthur Chardonnay-Dundee Hills (Chardonnay)
- View: Straw yellow with greenish hues, very clean.
- Nose: Aroma of green apple in harmony with a refreshing scent of freshly cut grass. a mineral perceived.
- Mouth: The taste is fruity and intense, but not invasive end. It has a creamy texture and pleasant, with good body and good balance of acidity. The end is extensive.
APPELLATION: Dundee Hills.
VINEYARD: Domaine Drouhin Oregon.
AGEING: In stainless steel tanks.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested taking advantage of low temperatures in recent months, as it helps maintain the natural expressiveness of wine. They are selected and destemmed, to become macerated with a spice cold technique. It fermented in stainless steel tanks, for at least one month, at controlled temperatures. It is clarified and bottled.
