TASTING NOTES:

  • View: pale yellow.
  • Nose: Great aromatic vigor with an intense nose of apple and citrus.
  • Mouth: The palate is well structured with nose of apple, pear and banana. Fresh and persistent finish.

APPELLATION: SoaveVINEYARD: InamaGRAPES: 100% Chardonnay

PREPARATION: Stemming and crushing. Skin contact for 3 hours. After pressing the grapes, the must is allowed to stand for 12 hours at cold temperature. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation.
