TASTING NOTES OF Lustau Cream Solera East India:
- View: dark mahogany, bronze reflections.
- Nose: Concentrated aromas of ripe fruit, mocha, cocoa and toffee.
- Mouth: very complex, very long and spicy, good freshness in the mouth and nothing cloying. Flavored raisins and nuts, very good persistence and strength of flavor.

APPELLATION: Jerez-Xeres-Sherry.
VINEYARD: Lustau
GRAPES: Palomino, Pedro Ximenez.

AGEING: traditional solera system and hatcheries in American oak casks.

WINE PAIRING: Roasted lamb civet.
