TASTING NOTES OF 2004 Château Doisy-Daëne:
- View: old gold color.
- Nose: notes of apricot, honey, dry white grape, and jam.
- Mouth: fruit concentrated by the "noble rot". Nervousness, balance and delicacy of flavors.
GRAPES: 89% Semillon and 11% Sauvignon blanc.
Aging: 10 months in barrel 9 in stainless steel tanks.
