Colour of glacé cherry. Aromas of red fruit jelly, with notes of green pepper.Very nice roasted flavours.
Suitable for a menu as varied as we had.

The 2006 was more entertaining than the stew we had paired it with. I drank this  with my partner.
A wine with a high layer and a nice cherry colour. It smelled of oak. It has a smoky colour.
