TASTING NOTES OF 2016 Muga Blanc Fermentado en Barrica: 2016 Muga Blanc Fermentado en Barrica
- View: straw yellow ,, bright golden highlights. Elegant dense tears.
- Nose: aromatic amplitude, especially white fruit, citrus, apricots, white flower and memories of fresh grass, wood aging notes in the background, light and subtle toasty vanilla notes.
- Mouth: fresh input, a fleshy step, fatty, broad, deep, strong acidity in equilibrium with a slightly bitter, sweet fruit memories more intense pastries and a fine mineral memory, long aftertaste, aromatic memories retronasally, peach water, fennel and light smoked.

GRAPES: Viura and Malvasia.

AGEING: 3 months on its lees.
PREPARATION: maceration in press for eight hours, fermentation in new French oak barrels.

PAIRING: steamed mussels, grilled squid, salads with fruits, salads and fresh cheese as an appetizer.
