1999 Vega Sicilia Único (Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo and Tinto Fino)
- View: Vega Sicilia Único 1999 features a cherry red color with ruby rim.
- Nose: Intense and complex aromas predominate in the notes of toasted wood background with fruit compote and hazelnut.
- Palate: The palate has a range of flavors with persistence of wood, with dry tannins and bitter. Perfect balance between acidity and sweetness.
WINEMAKING: 22 months in wooden vats, 22 months in new oak barrels, 28 months in barrel and then 24 months envin in wooden vats with large capacity. Rest in the bottle to marketing.
VINEYARD: Bodegas Vega Sicilia
AGING: 24 months in new French oak barrels.
GRAPES: 85% Tinto Fino, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
OPTIMAL CONSUMPTION: Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC.
PAIRING: Ideal to serve with meat and game, both grilled and roasted and stewed.
