2016 Trus Roble (Tempranillo)
TASTING NOTES OF 2016 Trus Roble:
- View: cherry red, high, clean and good gloss layer.
- Nose: good intensity and high complexity, red fruits and black fruits, licorice, spices and vanilla.
- Mouth: fresh, full-bodied, with good acidity, great balance, totally round and integrated tannins, very nice.
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero.
GRAPES: 100% Tempranillo.
AGEING: 4 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION: traditional production in deposits 25,000 liters. Maceration for 10 days at 24 °C, extraction balance and acidity.
TEMPERATURE: 15-17 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14%
