TASTING NOTES OF 2011 Pardas Aspriu:
- View: intense cherry.
- Nose: intense nose and exuberant: ripe berries, cherries, tangerines, chocolate, snuff and black pepper.
- Mouth: large, juicy and powerful palate, ripe black fruit aromas, silky texture, good tannin, long finish.

APPELLATION: Penedes.
VINEYARD: Celler Pardas
GRAPES: Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

WINE PAIRING: boar stew, meat hunting (partridges, pigeons, vecades) as well as red meat.
