Description · Château Pichon Longueville Baron

2006 Château Pichon-Longueville Baron (Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot)

The color goes to black cherry, moonless night, very intense and dense crown. His nose a lot more fruit than the previous mix of blackberries, currants, black cherry and cassis present in the form of jams, with a presence of mineral aromas.
In the mouth becomes fully expand all the taste, good sweet attack, high persistence, chewy, fat, with good structure, long finish. Its taste reminds me of a seductive elegance. Mixing this year focused on Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot dominated on.

Red wine with reddish brown edges. It shows sweet aromas. Slightly bitter aftertaste, very interesting.
The matches quite good with game meats.
I tasted a glass at an organized wine tasting.
