TASTING NOTES Château Rauzan-Gassies 2011:
- View: Deep red purple. dark color.
- Nose: Delicate, very powerful and complex. smoked oak, toast, cherry, pink, peach, clove and cinnamon.
- Mouth: smooth, powerful and enveloping flavor. ripe tannins. well balanced body.

Persistence: 10/11 seconds.

sidebars: black fruit, black currant.

A great wine that can already be seen, but it's wiser to wait 4 or 5 years if possible!

Merlot 30% - 68% Cabernet Sauvignon Petit Verdot 2%

I took it with a connoisseur of wines.
Cherry colour. Aromas of leather and tobacco pipe. A taste of nothing in particular just wine.
A good Château Rauzan Gassies who goes well with beef stew.

I went to Margaux to buy it.
Red ruby colour with reddish brown edges. It has a strong smell of caramel. A red fairly astringent.
