2010 Château Labégorce (Merlot)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: 2010 Château Labégorce has a dark color with a tendency to blue night
  • Nose: blue and black interspersed with thickets, licorice, cedar and spice box fruit
  • Mouth: This wine has soft tannins, medium bodied, elegant style

PROCESSING: After pressing, the first grapes are treated with a cold maceration. Fermentations were performed in Cuba concrete, followed by aging for 15-18 months in oak barrels, of which one third are new. Approximately 100'000 bottles of Château Labégorce occur each year.
