2011 Château la Tour de Mons (Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon)

TASTING NOTES:
- View: 2011 Château la Tour de Mons is a deep color with garnet reflections
- Nose: has a good aromatic expression
- Mouth: The palate is rich and full, accompanied by a tannic frame great finesse conferred by a beautiful maturity of Cabernet Sauvignon.
PROCESSING: After a manual harvest, meticulous selection in the winery, the grapes are placed in a stainless steel vessel appropriate to the capacity of the frame. The vinification is conducted slowly and at low temperature. Wines
have been aged 12 months in barrels (40% new wood).
