TASTING NOTES OF 2012 Château Ferrière:
- View: red, medium depth.
- Nose: Bright aromas of red berries, snuff and flowers of color.
- Mouth: sweet, silky, but with very good balance of flavors of red fruits and snuff. Smooth finish with reasonable length and a complete absence of rough edges.
VINEYARD: Château Ferrière
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon 80%, Merlot noir 15%, 5% Petit Verdot.
TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
