Gin Nordés is a Premium gin and defined by its producers as a Galician Atlantic Gin. The Nordés with 40% vol. is distilled from Albariño wine and a selection of wild Galician plants such as laurel, caralleira grass, lemon verbena and eucalyptus. The product also contains salicornia, juniper, cardamom, quinine, some lemon peel, ginger, hibiscus, liquorice and tea. The Gin Nordés is slowly macerated and distilled following traditional methods.
The Galician Atlantic Nordés Gin comes in a rather large, white bottle with a world map showing Galicia on the bottle label.
