TASTING NOTES OF 2011 Lua Cheia em Vinhas Velhas Reserva Branco:

- Nose: aromatic intensity, dominated by minerality, notes of high quality wood.
- Mouth: excellent, fresh and well balanced volume. lingering finish.

GRAPES: Codega, Rabigato, Viosinho and Gouveio.
AGEING: 8 months in French oak barrels.
PREPARATION 12 hours maceration prefermentiva stainless steel tanks, with controlled until 3/4 sugar is exhausted by yeast temperature.
