Crémant Réserve Brut

APPELLATION: Mainly Auxerrois and Mâconnais (chardonnay) and Cote Chalonnaise (Pinot Noir), France.
GRAPES: 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir.
AGEING: No barrel. At least 12 months in rhymes.
PREPARATION: After the first fermentation, the wine is clarified and stabilized.
