2016 Miraval Rosé (Grenache, Rolle, Syrah, Cinsault, Vermentino and Garnacha negra)
TASTING NOTES: Miraval Rosé 2016
- View: Pretty pale, petal pink, elegant with brilliant reflections
- Nose: great aromatic expression, a beautiful mineral freshness, delicate aromas of peach, red fruits and white flowers.
- Mouth: aromas of fresh fruit and spring flowers, refreshing acidity, minerality and a salty final
APPELLATION: Côtes De Provence
WINERY: Château Miraval
GRAPE VARIETY: Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Rolle
VINIFICATION: Direct pressing of the Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle. Syrah is vinified by the so-called "saignee" method.
Vinification in stainless steel tanks (95%) and in barrels (5%) with batonnage at controlled temperatures.
PAIRING: Aperitif, fish, white meat, red meat, spicy dishes, cheese, fruit desserts or chocolate
