TASTING NOTES OF 2007 Ruinart R Millésime Ruinart Blanc:
- View: Intense golden, shades of green.
- Nose: particularly delicate nose with first notes of white fruit such as pear and apple, with the support of some saline touches and elegant and discreet aromas of tea and verbena, softer notes of orange blossom and custard.
- Mouth: complex, large in the attack, a beautiful structure and a lasting and lively finish. Like the nose, marine notes of white and yellow fruits such as pear or quince crisp.
GRAPES: 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay.
