New vintage of Pas Dosé Pol Roger, produced for the first time in 2008, the Champagne Extra Brut Pure combines, in a perfect balance, the three grapes generally used for the production of Champagne: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
It is sold only after a vesting period of at least four years, making it fresh and well balanced between sweetness and flavor.
Golden yellow with abundant fine bead.
The nose is fine and has memories of clove, rose perfume, references to the breadcrumbs, yeast and citrus.
In the mouth it is lively, fresh and initially slender, while it is mature, concentrated, deep and well structured in the final.
Perfect accompaniment to seafood and shellfish, will not make you look bad if served during an important aperitif, perhaps combined with a good lobster salad dressed simply with olive oil and vinegar.
