2007 Louis Roederer Cristal Magnum (Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, Pinot Noir and Pinot)
TASTING NOTES OF 2007 Louis Roederer Cristal Magnum:
- View: bright lemon, light amber notes, a very fine, persistent and deep bubbling.
- Nose: aromas of white fruits, notes of honey and some minerality, a few minutes later evolution into jam and vanilla.
- Mouth: large, creamy, with an incredible concentration of fruit, peach, apricot, mango, silky and fleshy concentration, while dense and sweet, typical of the great Pinot Noirs, immediately associated with fine acidity, liveliness and end minerality.

GRAPES: 58% Pinot Noir and 42% Chardonnay.
TEMPERATURE: 6-7 °C

Maison Louis Roederer
The Cristal champagne was launched in 1932, after he was from 1876 to 1917 exclusive of the Tsars.
It 's always in Pinot Noir prevalence and requires an appropriate aging in the cellar to give their best.
