2007 Laurent-Perrier Brut
- View: beautiful pale yellow color, it can be seen a wonderful effervescence leaving a beautiful head of foam on the surface.
- Nose: very fine, floral aromas can be felt with a strong and interesting complexity. Citrus notes, is cool and pleasant, with some degree of salinity.
- Boca: input palate is presented with flavors mature white fruits such as pear, complexity mineral balances its sour and sweet tastes.
VINEYARD: Laurent Perrier.
GRAPES: Chardonnay 50% Pinot Noir and 50%.
AGEING: 7 years minimum winery.
PREPARATION: manual harvesting, the grapes are treated cellar very delicately placed each variety fermented separately and then joined to form a fine mixture. After fermentation is placed to mature native yeasts.
PAIRING: can be served with grilled seafood or may be raw, garlic shrimp, octopus salad and other foods from the sea.
