2004 Dom Ruinart Rosé

TASTING NOTES OF 2004 Dom Ruinart Rosé:

  • View: Dom Ruinart Rosé 2004 has a beautiful bright orange yellow bright copper, with fine and persistent bubbles.
  • Nose: Delicately toast, the nose is delicate and complex. Impeccably elegant, with a delicious drizzle of honey, in the second nose reveals notes of cherries followed by spicy notes.
  • Mouth: This champagne combines freshness pungent odor delclavo with the bitter sweetness of cooked fruit, macerated in alcohol or candied. Tannins are present, with a little blond snuff. A powerful and solidly built mouth, long, with a final long mouth.

GRAPES: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

WINERY: Champagne Ruinart

Ruinart Brut Dom Rosé 2004

I tasted at an organized wine tasting.
Has a strong colour. Delicious aromas of yeast and bakery. The flavour remained for a long time.
We had it with a birthday cake.

Ruinart Dom Ruinart Rosé Millésimé 1998
I got this Ruinart Dom Ruinart Rosé Millésimé in a wine stand.
Typical opacity of a Ruinart. Mixed aromas of yeast and bakery. The flavour goes out right away.

Ruinart Dom Brut Rosé 1988
Delicious aromas of yeast and bakery. With a hint of bitterness at the end.
A good recommendation, no doubt.

Dom Ruinart Brut Rose 1986
I especially liked the colour. A wine with clearly projected aromas and flavours, such as yeast. A little too acid although it depends on the taste of each person.
We had it with a tart.

Ruinart Dom Brut Rosé 1976
A wine with clearly projected aromas and flavours, such as yeast. The softest from Champagne.
A great wine.
