TASTING NOTES OF Deutz Brut:
- View: sharp enough gold and very fine bubbles.
- Nose: a very expressive bouquet, floral notes, toast, marzipan and ripe fruit.
- Mouth: fresh, smooth, elegant vinosity well melted aromas and a silky texture.

APPELLATION: Champagne.

GRAPES: 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier 1/3.

PAIRING: hot entrees.
