TASTING NOTES OF 2013 Antigva Millésimé:

  • View: shiny straw yellow, golden hues, fine bubbles.
  • Nose: clean, fine aromas of long aging intermixed with white flowers and pineapple.
  • Mouth: balanced, defined and body. Good presence of carbon, pleasant and pronounced acidity, tasty, soft and long.

APPELLATION: Cava.

GRAPES: Macabeo 30%, 30% Parellada, Xarel·lo 30%, 10% Chardonnay.

Antigva Millésimé 2013

I drank it with a connoisseur of wines.
Fantastic colour. Good yeast aromas enhance a wine's bouquet. Quite clear presence of plum in the mouth.
We enjoyed it together with friends.
