- View: intense and pure ruby color, with sparkles and violet edges.
- Nose: Is medium intensity highlighting the ripe red fruit, cherries, raspberries. Spicy notes of white pepper.
- Mouth: The palate is easy and straightforward. Meaty, juicy. Acidity and sweetness in good balance. very subtle bitter notes. Persistent.
APPELLATION: O.D. Campo de Borja.
GRAPES: Syrah, Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta.
AGEING: Young red wine.
PREPARATION: Maceration particularly 3 to 4 days, after prolonged to 12 days. Each variety used in this wine is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 22 °C.
PAIRING: aubergine pie, roasted eggplant, stuffed eggplant. Pasta with red and spicy sauces. Rice with seafood and vegetables. Asian food.
TEMPERATURE: 16-17 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
