2017 Bogle Vineyards Chardonnay (Chardonnay)

- Nose: fragrance of toasted oak, sweet notes, mango, papaya, peach and pineapple.
- Mouth: Sweet fruit, rich, creamy and woodsy to the same extent, caramel pecan, walnut nutmeg and cream.
VINEYARD: Vineyards Monterey, Lodi and Clarksburg,
AGEING: all aged in American oak barrels lot.
PREPARATION: 50% wine fermented in American oak barrels toasted.
PAIRING: carpaccio of meat, sauces such as guacamole, crustaceans such as shrimp, spicy Mexican food.
TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13%
