2018 Borba branco (Aragonêz, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira)
- View: citrine yellow.
- Nose: pineapple, peach, apple and other white fruits.
- Mouth: pleasant, balanced and persistent, with a refreshing acidity.
VINEYARD: calcareous clay soil and shale.
GRAPES: Roupeiro, Arinto, Antao Vaz.
PREPARATION: run juice (must draining without pressing) rinsing for 18 to 24 hours and fermented at a constant temperature of 18 °C over 14 days.
WINE PAIRING: pasta with light sauces, pork, seafood and white fish.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
