The Aventinus is a German dark beer produced by the brewery Schneider and titrated to 12 °. This is a strong beer with powerful aromas and intense flavor. His story is not trivial, since it was discovered by accident! Until the 40s, the Aventinus was shipped all over Bavaria in containers that do not obviously possessed control system temperature. The result? The beer has frozen during transport which changed the taste of beer and renda this version of the single, most powerful Aventinus. Since 2000, Hans Peter Drewler, brewmaster at the Schneider Brewery recreated this brewing process with modern equipment and tested to recreate this beer special character ... The Aventinus is a German beer with a dark almost black color, with a beautiful tan foam that clings well to the glass. Its aromas are numerous and you can smell fruits like plums or bananas, but also cloves or almonds in a rich olfactory bouquet! In the mouth, the power is there and the 12 ° extend well, lost in circles ennivrants aromas such as black fruits, chocolate or spices, with a full final spices. The Avenitus is a beer rare aromatic richness that will please all lovers of dark beers of character!
