Discover the great classic of the brewery Prairie: Prairie Ale. A type of beer brewed season in the United States from pilsner malt, wheat malt, wheat flakes, cane sugar, Saaz hops and yeast which several of the Brettanomyce. A beautiful promise of flavors! This beer, strong enough alcohol for a season, is dressed in a golden robe nebula which sits on a small air white foam. The noticeable aromas of citrus peel, yeast characteristics Season / Farmhouse, spices and some lemon notes. On the palate the flavors that state: pepper, orange, pineapple, Brett yeast and white wine shades. A great achievement as a whole!
