If one knows the course O'hara's Irish Red, the O'Hara's Leann Follain Barrel Aged beer is quite exceptional. Indeed, it is for not less than 90 days that this beer was brought in barrels of whiskey, and giving it all this incredible aromas. So it Stout worked immediately presents a brown robe topped by a colored foam, unimposing but persistent! On the nose it is possible to find all the complexity of aging in barrels with beautiful notes of candied fruit, vanilla and wood. The mouth is itself powerful and generous, with lovely roasted notes. The final is at once bitter and dry. Here a beer entirely surprising, complex and beautiful. To compare with the O'Hara's Leann Follain to measure the incredible contribution of aging in barrels.
