Gauloise Brune

TASTING NOTES:

  • Appearance: Intense Body dark reddish brown, completely opaque frothy beige and very moist, with very large bubble.
  • Aroma: roasted malt, licorice and some fruit.
  • Body / flavor: combines the sweetness of the roasted malt, chocolate and fruit with a liquorice-like bitterness and acidity of yeast. The end is not very long, with sweet notes of malt and fruit and bitter notes, leaves a slight aftertaste mouth of liquor.

 

FERMENTATION TYPE: High.

ABV: 8.1% Vol
