Dunham Saison Réserve Ba 75cl

Dunham Season Reserve BA is a season of beer, very complex, both in its design and for its flavors. In fact it comes from a blend between the Rustic Season (82%) and Leo's Early Breakfast IPA aged in barrels Pinot Black (18%). This assembly is then itself aged in barrels with a single yeast flora. Issue of the Canadian brewery Dunham, this season brewed to mark their second anniversary, presents a fuzzy gold dress with a large white foamy head. The complex nose is very rustic (in every sense), moderately to Brett yeasty and slightly woody. It also identifies scents of wildflowers, spicy fruit and herbs. Tasting is somewhat different. There is a beautiful blend of fruity and flowery with a good dose of wild yeasts, giving a special character to this season. To this is added as notes of dry and dusty wood. The finish on it is dry and bitter. This Dunham just reached perfection.
