This Black Australian beer has a rich lather very dark and persistent. Her dress looks mahogany by pouring into the glass but she is decidedly brown, opaque well, not quite black. On the nose, the Coopers Best Extra Stout emit an odor of average intensity of toasted hazelnuts. Without doubt this is the very roasted malt. A decision on the palate, it is fluid and light, slightly oily film is then deposited on the buccal walls. In the end, it offers medium intensity aromas, toasted hazelnuts woody aromas very persistent in the aftertaste and making this feature stout. The bitterness is fairly present however well proportioned. A success !
