Celis White, or how to summarize the life of a man placed in a coffin! Indeed, the Celis White was named after a man who has dedicated his life to beer and whose death in 2011 saddened many amateurs and professionals beer worldwide. Indeed, Pierre Celis, since it is his name, was a native of Belgian Hoegaarden region which revive wheat beers such as are in the breaststroke Hoegarden region. He also headed the time of the famous Hoegaarden Brewery and it was he who gave back to the brand its pedigree. Following the purchase of the Brasserie, it will decide to leave for the United States to offer the palate of American beer drinkers this white he loves so much. So opens a Brasserie markets a white beer Hoegaarden surprisingly resembling that all we know. This beer was called White Celis White. Highly inspired by the Hoegaarden, Celis White is a beer brewed with wheat and flavored with bitter orange peel and coriander. Like its big on, it is adorned with a blonde dress very cloudy and pulling the milky white. It frees the lemony and spicy aromas in the mouth and provides a great feeling of lightness and softness with very fruity flavors with a slight sharpness. Its lightness and gentle nature make it a popular beer of all and particularly refreshing summer! Celis White beer won the gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival in 2003
