The Bonnet Rouge is a Breton beer designed by Lancelot Brasserie located in Brittany between Vannes and Rennes (56 - Le Roc Saint André). It is a red beer of good red color that has a slightly fruity flavor thanks to the addition of elderflower during its brewing. Malt is also very present which gives the Bonnets Rouges a note of caramel on the palate. She received the bronze medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris in 2008.
