    Broad and complex, powerful, herbs, roses, earthy, truffle and bay, taste pretty powerful but velvety and soft, nicely balanced, with great finesse and fine tannins after. Magnificent in venison or hare stew, mature cheeses, but also delicious as wine after a nice meal.
