TASTING NOTES:

  • View: pale yellow, greenish tones.
  • Nose: fresh and fine aromas of chamomile, apple and pear pulp and toasted almonds at the end.
  • Mouth: dry, fragrant, balanced with a beautiful freshness and long mineral finish.

APPELLATION: Gavi.

VINEYARD: Vineyards located in the municipality of Gavi on clay soils rich in limestone sand and silt.

GRAPES: Cortese 100%.

AGEING: aged for a few months in stainless steel tanks until the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.

PREPARATION: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled.

PAIRING: meats like bologna and salami, pizza and fresh cheeses.

I bought it at a wine tasting.
The usual color, a little bit dark. I noticed scents of lychee and banana. Outstanding taste.
