“Like its brother Barolo, Barbaresco is made from the Nebbiolo grape in a limited area restricted to only 3 villages.
After one year of aging in wood and another in the bottle, Barbaresco expresses all the characteristics of a great wine which is renowned all over the world for Iits finesse and elegance.

Notes: Soft ruby red tending to garnet, with intense aromas of violets, roses and red fruit. On the mouth it is mouth-filling with great body and structure. Barbaresco is suited to lengthy aging, and decanting is recommended at least thirty minutes before serving.
Serve: At 16c with long-cooking stews, red meats and game - roasted furred game - game birds truffle - aged cheeses.
