2008 Herdade da Farizoa Grande Escolha (Touriga Nacional)
The property has a set of old buildings, among which is a convent, which refers to the history and winemaking tradition. It is in the basement of the convent that still exists today than it was in the beginning, the winery. The farm is located in the town of Elvas, belonging in turn to the subregion of Borba, one of the three municipalities that make up the region of Alentejo. Characterized by springs and hot, dry summers, the annual rainfall is low, contributing to the perfect ripening of the grapes, resulting in wines of quality. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C. Mashing three months. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
