1. 1. Adding personal data in the files of VERTICOMM NETWORK, S.L.

   In accordance with the established in the Spanish Organic law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (of now ahead, "LOPD"), it is reported that all personal information that the User facilitates through the Web Site www.uvinum.com (of now ahead, "the Web Site") will be incorporated and treated in the titularity files of VERTICOMM NETWORK, S.L. (of now ahead, "VERTICOMM NETWORK") for the following purposes: making possible the contribution of the services requested by the User, as to keep him/her informed, even for electronic means, about the products and services of VERTICOMM NETWORK that, in the same way, will be able to remit to the User information related to the products and services of third entities exclusively belonging to the following sectors of activity: food and drinks, editorial, family and home, beneficial entities, telecommunications, financial and insurances, leisure and journeys, formation, personal hygiene and for the home, cosmetic, auto motion, energy and textile.

   Facilitating all the personal information requested through the Web Site is necessary to achieve an optimum contribution of the services put at the disposal of the User. If all personal information is not facilitated, VERTICOMM NETWORK does not guarantee that the information and facilitated services can be achieved, they will be achieved correctly or they fit to the needs of the User.

2. 2. Exercise of rights

   The User can practise its rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition foreseen in the LOPD, through a communication written to VERTICOMM NETWORK directed, C/Llacuna, 162, 08018 Barcelona, Spain; or through directed electronic mail to administrative@uvinum.com. In both cases the interested User will have to add a copy of its national document of identity, passport or another valid document that identifies him/her.

3. 3. Communications of personal data made by the User himself

   The User is fully aware that in using the sections of forums, friendship and research of friends or in publishing or authorizing the publication of an article, comment or opinion to the Web Site, is allowing that a third party can access to his personal information or even of a third party personal information. In this sense, VERTICOMM NETWORK is will not be held responsible for the possible consequences or harm that the User or a third party can suffer on the occasion of its free decision to share its personal information.

   Before facilitating personal information related to a third party to the Web Site, the User will have to obtain its previous and express consent, having notified them of the terms contained in this Policy of privacy. The User will hold harmless VERTICOMM NETWORK in front of any possible claim, fine or sanction that can come forced to bearing as a consequence of the noncompliance on the part of the User of the duty described in this paragraph.

4. 4. Use of Cookies

   VERTICOMM NETWORK, for its own account or that of a third party hired for the rendering of services of measurement, can use cookies when the User navigates the Web Site. The cookies are files sent to the browser through a server web page in order to register the activities of the User during its time of navigation.

   The cookies used by the Web Site are associated only with an anonymous user and its computer, for which they do not provide same personal data of the User by itself.

   Through the use of the cookies it is possible the server where the Web Site is found lodged recognizing the browser used by the User, with the purpose that the navigation is simpler, for example, the access to the users who have registered themselves allowing previously, to access to the areas, services, promotions or reserved competitions exclusively without having to register itself in each visit.
